- Should any of the goods be defective on receiving the order, the customer has the right to reject the delivery or return the goods. Notice must be given thereof within 24 hrs.
– Should the customer be dissatisfied with their purchase then intention to return the goods must be made in writing within 48 hrs of receiving the goods
– The cost of returning the goods is to the customer’s account
– Returns will be refunded on receipt of the goods and if they are received in the same condition as originally despatch.
– Sale items are not eligible for return

We are unable to provide immediate shipping cost for our range of products, as they vary in size, volume, and weight. However, if you are willing to pay upfront for the product(s) ordered and receive a seperate invoice for the shipping cost once your order is ready, please proceed. Alternatively, we can send you a quote for the shipping cost before you make any payment.
